If it rains, people complain.  If it doesn't rain, people complain.  If it's too cold or too hot, if the wind blows too much or not enough, people complain.  People complain.
To gain freedom, one must sacrifice securities.  To gain security, one must sacrifice freedoms.  It's a choice.
When it comes to the promotion of my music, art, and ideas, I wish I had the management team that is behind the additive "yellow #5" - that shit is everywhere...
I don't know why exactly, but if you tell me something is your favorite, I want to know all about it - I want to know what it is, what you like about it, how it makes you feel, etc.  And I want to try it.  I am most fascinated with a person's favorite meal.  Now, I'm not a huge fan of reality television or celebrity culture, but I feel a television show, or segment, or even a webcast, in which an amiable, somewhat comedic host interviews a celebrity while preparing and/or simply dining on said celebrity's favorite meal would be an enjoyable, successful series.
This is life.  This is what it's like to be human on the planet earth.  It's an array of senses and emotions and states of being.  Joy, sadness, anxiety, pleasure, excitement, confusion, jealousy, contentment, guilt, depression, anger, happiness - one cannot begin to list or describe the full richness of this existence.  And to cheat ourselves of this unique experience, by attempting to dull or suppress, or simplify, what we inherently are, through the use of various medications, is a true tragedy.  The human condition is not something for which we should be seeking a cure, or a reason, or a scapegoat, but rather something we should be embracing in wonder and mystery for its unparalleled completeness.  Live.  Through the good and the bad, live.
Nintendo should start new production on the old 8 bit gaming consoles.  Much like hot rod shows, movie remakes, and classic iconic brandings on new t-shirts, people find comfort and appeal in the memories of childhood and also, in the simplicity of the past.  There's a reason we still listen to the oldies and go to drive-in movie theaters.  There's a reason we still crave milkshakes and cheeseburgers.  And in this era of increasing intangibility, there has been a small but very telling resurgence of vinyl records and typewriters, as people are beginning to miss, and realize the importance of, touch.  With all of this in mind, it's safe to say I'm not alone in my dreams of buying a brand new 8 bit Nintendo console and cussing it out as I blow into the end of a game cartridge.
Everyone should own an Onda Board, a bicycle with three gears or less, and a kayak...because the best journeys aren't measured in miles and fuel.
I don't know if this exists yet on a pizza restaurant menu, but it should - Jalapeno Popper pizza...the perfect crust topped with a light layer of sauce, a gooey combination of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, and just the right amount of bacon and jalapenos, add a side of sour cream for dipping if one wishes...it's absolutely delicious, try it.  It would be very profitable to market for parties and game days.
According to my calculations, if John Boehner donates to the national debt the money he spends on monthly tanning packages, we will cut deficits by a full 15 percent.
